Purchasing at the KAIZER e-store is easy.
1. First pick your favourite products. You can do so in the following ways:
- Choose products from our MAN , WOMAN and TRAVEL sections.
- Browse using the CATEGORY section
- Search for a particular product reference using our search bar
2. Once you have chosen an item, select your color and use the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG ' button underneath.
3. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can continue shopping by adding products to your Wish List..
4. Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
1. DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes. You are required to sign up to complete a purchase. With your KAIZER account you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:
- Request your return or exchange directly from your account
- Gain access to your Wish List and Recommendations
- Get notified when new stock arrives
- Save your address and card details for faster shopping for future purchases
- Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see your order status.
2. I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASWORD. HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, change it here or follow the 'Forgotten Password ' instructions on the 'Sign in' page. We will not send your password via email for security reasons.
3. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KAIZER ACCEPT?
We accept Visa & MasterCard. You will be redirected to the Paytabs (our payment service provider) secure portal. Once this transaction is complete, you will return to KAIZERLEATHER.COM.
1. HOW CAN I BE ASSURED OF USING MY CREDIT CARD ON THE KAIZER WEBSITE?
Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paytabs Ltd. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we confirm the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. A member of the team might call you to confirm order details and verify your identity before dispatch. This is entirely for your protection.
2 .WHY DO YOU SOMETIMES ASK FOR A COPY OF MY CREDIT CARD AND/OR IDENTIFICATION CARD SUCH AS PASSPORT COPY, DO YOU NOT TRUST ME?
We request copy of your credit card and identification card for your protection as much as ours. To ensure that an item brought on our website using electronic means such as credit card is genuinely the card of the actual buyer and not related to a lost, stolen or fraudulently-used card. It is an extra layer of verification as part of our secure shopping environment and authentication process and security levels.
4. IS MY POST OFFICE BOX NUMBER ENOUGH INFORMATION TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT?
We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. A street address and valid contact number will be required for delivery.
5. HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN TAX AND DUTIES?
Product prices are USD exempt of any tax or customs duty. Taxes and duties are levied by your country, they will be charged at actuals by FEDEX, our international delivery partner.
6. DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY IN UAE?
We understand that your time is precious. Our same day delivery service is perfect for last-minute purchases. Place your order by 10 am DST for delivery between 10 am and 7 pm (Sunday through Thursday). You can also choose a day that suits you to receive the delivery, up to seven days in advance (valid only in the UAE).
7. CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
You cannot add items to an existing order. You can make an additional purchase and we will do our best to combine your orders in a single shipment.
8. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. For orders delivered within the UAE, we aim to deliver within 3 business days. For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 business days. However, estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. KAIZER is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
9. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT? / WHAT IS THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Simply email us within 14 days of receipt of your product if you change your mind about your product. The merchandise should be unused and returned in the original packing with all tags in place.
KAIZER does not offer ‘Free Returns’. However, we can liaise with our logistics partner FEDEX on your behalf to schedule a pick up.
10. WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order, or as KAIZER store credit. Outside the UAE, shipping costs are not refunded for items using our free collection service unless your items are faulty. Also, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
11. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
All refunds will be processed within 14 - 21 days of receipt of product. The refund will be issued by the corresponding bank.
12. CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
Unless you have the original proof of purchase we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for products purchased as a gift.
