Returns

You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 14 days of the date on your receipt. Sale items may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. All monogrammed or personalized items are final sale. Kaizer reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at Kaizer's sole discretion.

INSTRUCTIONS

Easy-to-follow return instructions are included with each shipment.

Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, fill out the enclosed return form, and affix the label to your package. You may also print a copy of the return form below. Returns without our Kaizer return form enclosed will be refused.

REFUNDS

Returns to Kaizerleather.com are processed within 10-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. There are no refunds on sale items. Please note, unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

IN-STORE RETURNS

You may also return or exchange your online purchase at no charge in any of our UAE Kaizer boutiques. The original packing slip must accompany all returns and exchanges. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at department stores or other wholesale distributors. Warranty 

At Kaizer’s we take pride is selecting the finest hides from across the globe for our products. However, leather being a natural product, minor scars and dents are inherent features of the skin and contribute to its aesthetic value. 

Every stage of production is subject to stringent quality checks. The Kaizer International warranty covers defects of material or workmanship of your Kaizer Leather product. Kaizer will service these defects for upto One (1) year from the date of purchase. Thereafter Kaizer will repair any defective product of part thereof at a service charge.  

The Kaizer International Warranty does not cover defects and damage caused by accident, improper use, normal wear and tear, alteration, dismantling or repair by persons other than authorized Kaizer personnel.
